Neo is the smallest of the litter. He’s a little shy at first and can be scared of new people until he realizes they aren’t scary. Neo is being fostered with his brother, Oakley. They have a lot of fun running around and wrestling. He likes another foster in the home, Mileena who he thought was his mom at first. They play and have a good time.
