At 8-weeks-old, this little girl found herself surrendered to a local shelter with a broken back leg.

We gave Leni her "Freedom Ride" with an immediate stop at our vet for x-rays and an adorable cast which is not slowing down this spunky pup one bit. Leni's prognosis is for a full recovery and she should be ready to go to her forever home in February.

Leni is a big snuggler and gets along with all animals and people of all ages.
