Jasper came to our rescue as a victim of severe neglect. He's a tiny little guy, who only weighed 23 pounds (when he should have been closer to 33). Jasper is regaining his health and his confidence in a loving foster home. Although frightened, Jasper is very gentle. He takes a lot of comfort in the presence of other animals (he loves cats as well as dogs) and adores children. We'll keep maiking updates on Jasper's progress in his foster home. And we vow that this pup will never know nothing but love from here on out!
