Blondie is a super-affectionate girl with medium energy and good manners. She appears to be mostly bulldog (she's short but bulky and is kind of roly-poly when she walks), mixed with maybe some beagle or spaniel. She has an incredibly soft, downy coat ... she's irresistible to pet! Blondie absolutely loves people and the ultimate in happiness for her is to have her giant head on your lap. She is housetrained, crate trained and all she wants to do is please. She's very, very gentle. Blondie is good on car rides and is fantastic on a leash. She's so well behaved you can even give her a bath without restraint ... she just stands there happily. Overall, Blondie is OK with other dogs and she is usually polite and relaxed with them. However, she can be possessive of her people and her treats in the home--she doesn't like to share the affection of humans--so we think she'd do best as an only dog. We tested her with cats and she pays no attention to them. And we think she'd do great with kids ... she has a good energy, loves attention, doesn't get "over-amped" or too excited and is very tolerant of everything.
