Lucy came to our rescue as a private surrender when, due to hardship, her owner was no longer able to care for her. Lucy is a happy-go-lucky girl (as you can see in the picture). When she first came to use, Lucy was shy when meeting new dogs or seeing new things, but now she has completely blossomed. She is a super happy, even tempered dog who is learning her doggy manners in her foster home. She is super smart and loves treats and has a medium energy level for her age.

Lucy is absolutely great with other dogs and kids, too. And she'd be fine with dog-friendly cats. Lucy is just a nice, good-natured girl.
