Waffles came to us from a shelter in south-east Virginia with an injured leg and needed FHO surgery to fix the problem. He finally had the surgery and is doing fantastic, is in good spirits and healing well. Waffles is heartworm negative and a healthy young boy otherwise. He is playful and energetic like most young pitties are. Waffles is house and potty trained and does well crated. Waffles is doing well in the car and likes to go on leashed walks. He is shy around things he doesn't know so potential adopters will need to commit to take the time and socialize him well. Waffles loves to cuddle and to give kisses. He is great with children but has a lot of puppy energy left and will push over small children by accident. Waffles does well with other dogs but needs proper introduction due to his high energy.
