Louie came to us from a local shelter after he was hit by a car. Emergency responders actually had to jack the car up to extract him. Miraculously, he survived this ordeal and now is well on his way to recovery. Louie is a very happy, very affectionate dog who seems to love everyone. He likes other dogs and is curious about cats but is not aggressive (although he might chase one who runs just for the fun of it). Louie got a second chance at life and he seems to know it!
