Jake is about 5 years old and came to us from a rescue operation in southern VA. He is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. He always walks around with a smile on his face and loves to be outside taking in the sun during the day. At night he is more than happy to go in his crate and cuddle himself into his blanket to sleep.

Jake seems to have lived outside his whole life and is currently being potty trained in the house. He is doing absolutely wonderful so far. Jake does not tear up things and has no anxieties. He is playful with the other dogs in the house but will tell them to leave his food alone so he will need to be fed separately.

Jake has been diagnosed with heartworms and lymes and is currently going through treatment. No worries he will be just fine once done and can live a long and happy life.

Jake really enjoys being around people and is great with people and children, including toddlers. His tail does not stop wagging. He is such a happy guy and happily comes to you when called.
