Frankie is a sweet puppy who likes nothing more than to be in your lap. He is the first one to greet you with his little tail wagging a hundred miles an hour and he will pout if you don't pick him up right away so he can give you lots of kisses.
Frankie currently lives in a foster home with lots of dogs and he gets along great with all of them.
He will be available for adoption in mid March.
